Return and Refund Policy
Returns We offer refunds only no exchanges. There is a 10% fee on all refunds to cover merchant fees. Our return policy lasts 48hrs. Once you receive your order, you have 48hrs to decide if you would like to keep it or return it for any reason. Items must be mailed back within 48hrs after receiving. We do not do refunds on mink hair due to them being pre orders. We also do refund clip ins or curly hair. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Curly hair cannot be picked through if you plan to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Shipping
All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Our Processing time is 1-7 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Shipping takes 1-4 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. During a SATIN COMPANY Sale or major restock i.e (black friday, etc), processing times can take 5-10 business days, and shipping time Is 1-4 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. International orders can take 3-14 business days to receive depending on which shipping is selected at checkout. SATIN COMPANY does not cover any tariffs or custom fees. for return shipping you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
